About the position

The ServiceNOW Admin role is focused on managing and optimizing the ServiceNOW platform within the organization. This position requires a highly polished professional with a strong background in ServiceNOW administration, ensuring data governance standards are met and facilitating effective communication between IT and business teams. The role involves operational tasks, compliance tracking, and supporting integrations, all while reporting to the Vice President of End User Services.

Responsibilities

  • Administrating the ServiceNOW platform
  • Implementing data governance standards and processes
  • Validating stakeholder data
  • Creating documentation
  • Interacting with IT and business teams
  • Supporting live integrations
  • Providing guidance and implementing changes on the ServiceNOW platform
  • Performing operational administrative tasks
  • Assisting in creating reports
  • Working with Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNOW Engineer in creating data governance processes
  • Identifying deprecated data or functionality and planning for removal
  • Ensuring new integrations adhere to data governance standards
  • Tracking platform licensing usage and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in ServiceNow Administration
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certified
  • Knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables, relationships, CMDB, CI relationship, ITSM module, LDAP and Active Directory structure
  • Understanding of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models
