About the position

The ServiceNow Administrator at Iron Mountain is a key member of the Service Management team, responsible for the day-to-day support and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform used across Iron Mountain Data Centers. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to improve user experience, manage platform functionalities, and ensure effective service delivery to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day production support of the platform
• Work with the Service Management team to develop new ways to overcome challenges
• Act as the platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all active modules/process/functionality to promote and support internal/external users
• Promote adoption of ServiceNow functionality/processes for the user base
• Assist in identifying platform enhancements to benefit user experience and adherence to documented processes
• Curate backlog to capture business requirements and convert them to technical requirements
• Assist in the management of the ServiceNow knowledge bases
• Develop and maintain test cases and tests for platform functionality/modules

Requirements

• ServiceNow System Administration Certification
• 2+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
• Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, REST, etc.
• Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution
• Active listening skills and strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on business processes and technical problems
• US Citizenship
