Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of ServiceNow Applications.
- Collaborate with business consultants, project teams, and client resources to define, detail, and scope technical requirements into solution architecture.
- Contribute to the design and development of client-specific needs, including API-based integrations and custom design for UX/UI.
- Perform ServiceNow module-specific implementation and configuration.
- Conduct delivery testing, validation, and hyper care activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting patch/release management issues focusing on specific products (IT, HR, GRC, CSM, etc.).
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows.
- Maintain JavaScript server/client code.
- Create new HR service catalog requests and items with variables.
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.
- Create an access control rule (ACL).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years experience working on the ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow Certifications - CSA & CAD.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with JavaScript and XML.
- ITIL V3 / V4.
