About the position

The ServiceNow Application Owner at Alight will lead the development and delivery of solutions for the Vendor Risk Management and Security Operations product modules. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with other product owners, and ensuring the product meets customer needs and quality standards. The position emphasizes agile methodologies and requires strong communication skills to convey product vision and progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a subject matter expert on Integrated Risk Management and Security Operations product modules.
• Partnering with other product owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Overseeing and prioritizing the product backlog to address both current and future needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Planning and leading sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with agile teams and stakeholders.
• Validating product deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
• Communicating product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior management, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting user research, market analysis, and benchmarking to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Monitoring and assessing product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction using various metrics and feedback channels.
• Identifying and addressing issues or risks that could impact product delivery, quality, or scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in a role focused on Integrated Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Operations.
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with the ServiceNow ESG module.
• Experience in agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in developing innovative, user-centric solutions that provide tangible value.
