About the position
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires extensive experience in IT service management and a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
- Deliver large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
- Develop complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Manage ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS).
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and their integration with ServiceNow.
