About the position
The ServiceNow Architect position at TechnoGen, Inc. involves designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires extensive experience with various ServiceNow modules and the ability to integrate third-party technologies effectively. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance platform capabilities and ensure seamless performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
- Develop and configure 15+ ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Utilize scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) to build custom solutions and enhance platform capabilities.
- Integrate third-party technologies with ServiceNow to ensure seamless performance across the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Certified in two or more mainline ServiceNow certifications, with a strong preference for: CIS Customer Service Management, CIS IT Service Management, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Software Asset Management, CIS Hardware Asset Management.
- Proven hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and commonly integrated third-party technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant programming languages.
