- Oversee strong integration with third-party tools.
- Manage CMDB data population and CMDB data management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Implementation experience with ServiceNow Event Management Solution.
- Experience with ServiceNow CIS Event Management.
- Integration experience with third-party event monitoring tools.
