About the position

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing security operations and automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of security operations, risk management, and incident response, along with extensive experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow Security Operations applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security operations and automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Optimize existing ServiceNow solutions to enhance security operations.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices during implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident response planning within the ServiceNow environment.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades and release management processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT architecture roles.
• 5+ years of experience specifically focused on ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and workflows.
• Extensive knowledge of core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, Glide API, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other protocols.
• Expertise in ServiceNow security models, including Access Control Rules (ACLs).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their alignment with ServiceNow solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• ITIL certification.
