About the position

The ServiceNow Architect role is a senior-level position focused on delivering large-scale implementations of the ServiceNow platform. The architect will leverage extensive experience in IT and ServiceNow to design and implement solutions across various modules, ensuring best practices in architecture and integration are followed. This hybrid position requires both onsite and remote work, emphasizing collaboration and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
• Design complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting.
• Work with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Manage ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices.
• Utilize agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices.
• Proficient in designing complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
