About the position

The ServiceNow Architect will be instrumental in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices, along with extensive experience in IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
• Deliver large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Manage ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Work with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom application development using the App Engine.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and best practices.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, AngularJS).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
• Familiarity with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and their integration with ServiceNow.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
