About the position

The ServiceNow Architect will oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD, focusing on providing comprehensive employee, manager, and HR functionalities related to Pay, Personnel, and Benefits. This role involves leading technical teams, engaging with executive stakeholders, and developing strategic roadmaps to enhance HRSD solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
• 8+ years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements.
• 5+ years of experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation.
• 8+ years of experience understanding and designing integrations and interfaces with other systems.
• 8+ years of experience understanding and designing data models.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in ServiceNow modules that are not HRSD.
• Understanding of other ServiceNow products.
• Understanding of other HR technologies (PeopleSoft HCM, Cornerstone On Demand, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile development methodology and willingness to knowledge transfer.
• Experience with Federal agencies, their requirements, and their workflows.
