About the position

The ServiceNow Architect position at Infoway Solutions LLC is a contract role focused on leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and custom application development. The architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows within the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and custom app development. This role requires extensive experience in architect-level engagements and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Lead custom application development initiatives using the ServiceNow App Engine.
• Design and maintain robust ServiceNow data models ensuring integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Design complex workflows, business rules, client scripts, and other custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting.
• Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Integration Hub and Orchestration.
• Oversee ServiceNow's CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to gather requirements and drive project success.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira for project delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations covering multiple modules.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM modules.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow custom application development using the App Engine.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and workflow design, including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
• Experience with integration via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the Now Experience Framework, UI Builder, and custom component development.
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps practices, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
