About the position

The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant at Accenture is responsible for delivering industry best practice guidance and collaborating with customers to achieve their business outcomes using the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of customer business needs and the ability to lead process and design workshops, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. The consultant will utilize their analytical and communication skills to solve complex business problems and inspire teams to excel in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry best practice guidance to clients using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with customers to achieve their business outcomes.
  • Lead process and design workshops for projects.
  • Identify and document necessary changes and adjustments for business operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the engagement.
  • Understand and respond to customer and business needs in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' consulting experience in ITSM and 2 of the following areas: HR, ITOM, CSM, IT Asset Management, SPM, WSD, FSO.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, and process improvement.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience developing requirements documentation and project artifacts.
  • Proven experience in identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification.
  • Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and additional ServiceNow certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability in consulting engagements providing thought leadership.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
