About the position

The position serves as support for all HR operations service center inquiries, focusing on providing oversight, guidance, and resolution for operational processes in Service Now. The role emphasizes customer excellence and process improvement, with a goal of effective ticket resolution and ongoing distribution status monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight, guidance, and resolution for operational processes in Service Now.
  • Interfaces with multiple levels of support to achieve ticket resolution.
  • Follows documentation and process improvements for functional support areas.
  • Focuses on metrics for ticket resolution and ongoing distribution status.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a large, complex Human Resources/Payroll Service Center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong website navigation skills.
