About the position
The ServiceNow Developer/Lead position is focused on leveraging extensive experience in ServiceNow to implement and support on-premises solutions for large clients. The role requires a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, along with the ability to design and implement complex integrations and customizations. The candidate will work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal performance and architecture of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions for large clients.
- Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards in ServiceNow.
- Translate complex input from stakeholders into requirements and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
- Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow architecture and processes.
- Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with product teams.
- Conduct platform fine-tuning and upgrades for the on-prem ServiceNow instance.
- Design, review, and modify ServiceNow patterns as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow.
- Minimum 3 years of on-prem implementation and support experience.
- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), and Integration HUB design and implementation.
- Mandatory experience in on-prem and cloud architecture design.
- Experience in platform fine-tuning, upgrades, and maintenance for on-prem ServiceNow instances.
- Proven ability to create custom integrations and platform customizations.
