About the position

The ServiceNow HRSD Developer role focuses on developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) area. The position requires strong technical skills in various programming languages and frameworks, as well as experience with ServiceNow's HRSD framework and related technologies. This is a hybrid position based in Sunnyvale, CA, requiring three days of onsite work each week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD framework.
• Integrate internal and external applications and systems with ServiceNow.
• Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap for web design and development.
• Work with Glide Script, REST, and SOAP web services to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
• Support ITSM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, and App-Engine for Scoped Applications.

Requirements

• Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Proficient in Glide Script, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
• Proven track record in ITSM, HRSD, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal technologies.
• Strong understanding of HRSD framework and processing, including case routing and security.
