About the position

The ServiceNow Developer position at CRI Advantage is a full-time role focused on ServiceNow implementations, integrations, configurations, and custom application development. The developer will work closely with project managers and technical resources to gather requirements, manage user stories, and develop custom solutions for various clients. This role also involves providing support for client incidents and conducting training sessions, making it a vital part of the company's solutions practice.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customers and document project functional and non-functional requirements and/or User Stories.
  • Manage execution of User Stories and maintain Backlog within Sprints and Epics.
  • Develop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business needs.
  • Design and develop queries, widgets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Code in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other relevant languages and tools to deliver application functionality.
  • Build out custom and unique flows using Flow Designer in ServiceNow for 3rd party integrations and tasks.
  • Build unit and functional test specifications and/or scripts; conduct unit and functional testing; oversee and/or assist customer acceptance testing; conduct post-production release testing.
  • Develop and deliver customer training.
  • Collaborate with CRI's Sales team to develop accounts, including presenting ServiceNow and CRI capabilities.
  • Assist in assessing opportunities for fit with ServiceNow products and recommending solutions.
  • Develop demo instances highlighting CRI's ability to address customer requirements.

Requirements

  • 3 - 7 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and customer service mentality.
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including implementation and configuration of core ServiceNow applications.
  • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, including users, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, service portal, widgets, and catalog items.
  • Possess a good understanding of ITIL process framework.
  • Knowledge of Scrum/agile development principles.
  • Skills to effectively analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and public.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, Bootstrap, AngularJS and JSON), System and Process Automation.
