About the position

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves maintaining and improving existing modules such as ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and SPM, as well as transitioning applications like SharePoint to ServiceNow. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and provide technical solutions, ensuring effective mission delivery through optimized business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and perform continual service improvements on implemented modules (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM).
• Transition other applications such as SharePoint to ServiceNow.
• Collect requirements and analyze workflows to recommend and execute solutions.
• Document developed products and manage change effectively.
• Assist with report creation and dashboard configuration and maintenance.
• Provide excellent teamwork and customer service to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, preferably with modules ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM.
• 5+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 10 years of troubleshooting production problems related to software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
