About the position

Leidos is seeking ServiceNow Developers to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services contract. This role involves working in a hybrid remote environment to modernize a multi-cloud setup across various platforms including AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle. The position is critical for enhancing system resiliency, security, and cost-effectiveness for the USAF.

Responsibilities

• Install ServiceNow product/modules
• Modify and integrate commercial software into cloud environment
• Design/configure/develop/integrate product/modules to meet business needs
• Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
• Assist with creation and cataloging of business process flows
• Document and track vendor software roadmaps for software and patch version updates, and unit test their software and perform code reviews
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes
• Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more of experience; Masters and zero (0) years or more of experience
• Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment
• US citizenship required
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, Google, or Oracle clouds
• ServiceNow certification(s)
