Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and consume web services (REST).
• Perform scripting with NodeJS/JavaScript.
• Monitor and manage performance of systems and applications.
• Utilize AWS services for development and deployment.
• Work with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Collaborate in a client-facing environment to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools such as Jenkins.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Development experience in AWS services.
• Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
• Ability to create and consume web services (REST).
• Proficiency in scripting with NodeJS/JavaScript.
• Experience with monitoring and performance management of systems.
• Familiarity with Linux-based platforms and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• AWS or Docker or Kubernetes Certification preferred.
• AWS Certified preferred for Cloud Services.
• Experience with containerized applications and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes CKA preferred).
