About the position

The ServiceNow Developer will focus on core ITSM modules, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week in the Phoenix metro area, emphasizing collaboration and hands-on development work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM modules.
• Customize and configure ITSM applications like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and automation to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs for system customizations.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, integrations, and building custom applications.

Nice-to-haves

• ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
