About the position
The ServiceNow Developer role involves developing, testing, and deploying enhancements and features within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Security Operations, Governance, and Compliance. The position requires hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules and integrations, as well as the ability to work in an Agile environment and engage with clients to determine the best solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy GRC enhancements and feature requests as required by the business.
- Support current Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management configurations and business processes.
- Work extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems.
- Run Scrum ceremonies and Sprint Planning.
- Hold discussions with clients to analyze their environment and recommend the best approach.
- Implement and configure Vulnerability Response applications and integrate with vulnerability scanner tools.
- Customize the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows or flows.
- Develop using JavaScript and work with relational databases.
- Work on web UI development and Service Portal technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, Vendor Risk Management, Field Service Management, Governance, and Compliance.
- Experience with ITBM, SAM, HAM, VRM, FSM, GRC, and SecOps modules.
- Experience in running Scrum ceremonies and Sprint Planning.
- Working experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external modules.
- ServiceNow implementation experience in Security Operations and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
- Hands-on experience with Glide and Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.
- Experience developing using JavaScript and working with relational databases.
Nice-to-haves
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
