About the position

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance hardware asset management processes within the Life Sciences industry. This role focuses on ensuring seamless integration with various systems and improving catalog requests, contributing to the overall efficiency of asset management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for hardware asset management processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with various systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Develop and design catalog request forms and backend workflows in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance asset management practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing hardware asset management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and experience integrating with systems like AirWatch and Tanium.
• Knowledge in ITSM Modules, specifically ITAM and ITOM.
• Proficiency in designing catalog request forms and backend workflows in ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• ServiceNow certification(s).
• Experience with other IT service management (ITSM) tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with software asset management is a plus.
