About the position

The ServiceNow Developer at Wizpro Inc is responsible for designing, developing, and testing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically for HRSD and ITSM. This role involves maintaining system tables and application parameters to ensure functionality according to client specifications, as well as troubleshooting and repairing issues reported by customers. The developer will also create and maintain security configurations to ensure data integrity across HR applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test solutions built on the ServiceNow platform for HRSD and ITSM.
• Document application build and standards.
• Maintain system tables, profiles, and other application parameters to ensure client applications function according to specifications.
• Participate in the implementation and builds of client applications.
• Support application systems by troubleshooting and repairing customer-reported problems.
• Create and maintain HRSD security configurations to ensure data integrity across all HR applications.

Requirements

• Mid-level Java experience
• High school diploma or GED
• ServiceNow Associate's degree
• Software troubleshooting skills
