About the position

The ServiceNow Developer role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The position requires strong technical skills, particularly in scripting and workflow configuration, as well as the ability to gather requirements and coach team members through complex projects. The developer will work in an agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Gather requirements and perform impact analysis on complex projects.
• Configure flows and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Develop and implement business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and other scripting components.
• Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for application verification.
• Coach team members through the design and implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or certifications.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in scripting for business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and more.
• Experience in configuring flows and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ability to thrive in an agile environment with a good understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
