About the position
The ServiceNow Developer role is focused on supporting and developing new functionalities within a mature ServiceNow platform. The developer will be responsible for enhancing workflows, catalog forms, and overall efficiencies as identified by the business. This position requires active participation in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and integrating programmable network solutions and automations across a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update workflows and catalog forms in the ServiceNow platform.
- Increase efficiencies across the board as identified by the business.
- Plan, design, develop, implement, and integrate programmable network solutions and automations.
- Drive, design, develop, and support various projects as the principal point-of-contact.
- Support solution delivery, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow developer with at least 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience with workflow development and catalog development.
Nice-to-haves
- ServiceNow Walk-Up experience exposure.
