About the position
The ServiceNow Engineer position is focused on designing and developing user-friendly interfaces and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires extensive experience in IT solutions delivery, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) and user experience (UX) design, to enhance employee engagement and efficiency. The engineer will leverage ITIL/ITSM standards and automation tools to create effective solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows in ServiceNow.
- Deliver IT solutions that align with business and customer objectives.
- Leverage ITIL/ITSM and IAM standards for service catalog and access management.
- Maximize employee efficiency and engagement through ITSM Pro capabilities.
- Create unified user experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Utilize low-code process engineering to drive business outcomes.
- Implement automations and integrations using Integration Hub and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience focused on ServiceNow UX design.
- 5+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions.
- 8+ years of experience delivering IT solutions to business initiatives.
- Certified System Administrator is required.
- Experience in IT Service Management is preferred.
- Certified Application Developer is preferred.
