About the position

The ServiceNow Enterprise Solution Architect at Navisite, now part of Accenture, is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions during the pre-sales cycle. This role involves collaborating with clients to create tailored solutions that meet their business objectives, while also driving necessary approvals and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful delivery. The architect will leverage their extensive experience in ServiceNow and enterprise IT systems to provide value-driven solutions for a range of clients across different industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation scope of ServiceNow during the pre-sales sales cycle.
  • Represent the solution in conversations with Operating Group leadership and sales teams, as well as senior client buyers and functional owners.
  • Drive necessary Technology Delivery sign-off on solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives, industry standards, risk assessments, and budget considerations.
  • Collaborate with the Operating Group sales team and Subject Matter Experts during the sales process, ensuring effective communication with delivery organizations.
  • Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial teams and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services.
  • Provide input to Terms and Conditions in collaboration with Operating Groups, and be accountable for specific contractual terms when necessary.
  • Work with Technology leadership to identify Points of Contact for delivery and lead stabilization efforts on client deals when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform managed and/or professional services solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping, demonstrating the ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical or functional ServiceNow platform solutioning, showcasing a deep understanding of platform capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Expertise/experience in Managed Services delivery for ServiceNow platform either as a client or as a client-facing delivery lead.
  • Expertise/experience in Professional Services delivery for ServiceNow Platform either as a client or as a client-facing delivery lead.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and Technologies.
  • Ability to understand client business and technology drivers for business IT alignment.
  • Strong capability to estimate, size, and identify dependencies/assumptions in solutioning.
  • Experience working across levels at the client, with exposure to NA geography being a plus.
  • Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor.
  • Experience in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions.
  • Expertise in formulating solution storylines and creating client value propositions.
