About the position
The ServiceNow professional will be responsible for implementing an enterprise portal through Employee Center Pro (ECP) within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module at Vanguard. This role requires a balance of technical skills and stakeholder management to transition the current employee intranet into a comprehensive portal that enhances employee experience and meets enterprise needs.
Responsibilities
- Configure an enterprise portal through Employee Center Pro (ECP) within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
- Implement functionality for case management, knowledge management, news & announcements, organizational charts, employee profiles, upcoming events, search, virtual agent (chatbot), and guided employee journey workflows.
- Coordinate with HR leaders across functional areas like talent acquisition, total rewards, payroll, performance management, and talent development.
- Partner with Employee Experience and HR Contact Center teams to design a user-friendly future state solution.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms such as Workday, Degreed, Oracle, and PlanOn.
- Maintain security and access to the portal.
- Provide functional support by collaborating with product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and management of architecture governance processes.
- Prepare and present product-related documentation.
- Mentor less experienced crew members and contribute to the overall development of the organization.
Requirements
- ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) certified and/or previous experience implementing HRSD.
- Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.
