About the position

Vanguard is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead a multi-year Service Delivery Transformation aimed at enhancing the employee experience for over 20,000 global employees. This role involves configuring an enterprise portal through Employee Center Pro (ECP) within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing innovative solutions to modernize technology and support the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Configure an enterprise portal through Employee Center Pro (ECP) within the HRSD module.
• Implement functionality for case management, knowledge management, news & announcements, organizational charts, employee profiles, upcoming events, search, virtual agent (chatbot), and guided employee journey workflows.
• Coordinate with HR leaders across functional areas like talent acquisition, total rewards, payroll, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner with Employee Experience and HR Contact Center teams to design a user-friendly future state solution.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms such as Workday, Degreed, Oracle, and PlanOn.
• Maintain security and access to the portal.
• Provide functional support in collaboration with product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and management of architecture governance processes.
• Prepare and present product-related documentation.
• Mentor less experienced crew members and contribute to the overall development of the organization.

Requirements

• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) certified or previous experience implementing HRSD.
• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.
