About the position
The ServiceNow positions are aimed at filling roles for Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers with a focus on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and Integration. These are W2 roles with a project duration of 6-12 months, extendable based on project needs. The work is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, and Integration modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer with a focus on ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities and best practices.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Richmond, VA.
Nice-to-haves
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow.
