Responsibilities

  • Manage backend fulfillment processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate and schedule tasks, meetings, and deliverables to ensure timely project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, conveying technical and operational information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, and create well-structured content for internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Serve as a versatile team member, stepping in to support various functions and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree/bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform in an operations or backend role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating and managing schedules, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering presentations and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience creating technical documentation and content.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow fulfillment processes and backend operations.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, managing customer relationships and expectations.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
