About the position
The ServiceNow Platform Architect role at BCforward is a contract position focused on providing technical guidance and strategy for the ServiceNow platform. The architect will be responsible for ongoing health assessments, technical governance, and product adoption roadmaps, specifically advising on ITSM and ITOM programs. This remote position is expected to last for over six months with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide platform-wide technical guidance and strategy.
- Conduct ongoing health assessments of the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish technical governance for ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop product adoption roadmaps for clients.
- Offer advisory guidance on ITSM and ITOM programs.
Requirements
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and two certifications in ITSM or ITOM.
