About the position

The ServiceNow Product Owner Manager at Kirkland & Ellis is responsible for leading a product team focused on the development, management, and support of ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management and Application Portfolio Management products. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to align application roadmaps with business objectives, managing product backlogs, ensuring user experience quality, and tracking product-related costs. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its governance framework, along with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a ServiceNow product team in the development and management of ServiceNow applications.
  • Establish and manage application roadmaps in alignment with business vision and objectives.
  • Manage a team of contingent resources to deliver enhancements using SDLC.
  • Ensure the integrity of product backlogs, including story quality and prioritization.
  • Measure and maintain user experience and response time for ServiceNow applications.
  • Track and report on all run costs related to the product area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow product experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital product governance and security best practices.
  • ServiceNow mainstream certification (CSA or CIS) is preferred.
