About The Position
As a Product Owner within Pure Storage's Professional Services organization, you will lead ServiceNow product initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders. Your role will support key modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM), Sales & Order Management, Field Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Customer Project Management to enhance service delivery and alignment across Professional Services and Customer Experience (CX). You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing a product backlog, developing roadmaps, and supporting the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable solutions.
