About The Position
The ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Technical Lead is responsible for developing and customizing core IT Business Management (ITBM) applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires extensive experience in managing enterprise-wide ServiceNow environments, integrating third-party applications, and implementing complex workflows. The Technical Lead will also be involved in building reports and dashboards, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
