As a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your expertise in ServiceNow SecOps, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence, will be crucial in delivering high-quality services and solutions to our clients, ensuring their business processes are streamlined and optimized. You will lead a tight-knit team in a rapidly growing area of the business, showcasing your ability to motivate and develop your team while establishing and maintaining new customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with EY's Cyber, ServiceNow, and client teams to understand and capture business requirements, conducting thorough analysis of existing processes, and leveraging tools to initiate SecOps implementation efforts. You will assist in the design of end-to-end solution architecture, guide offshore teams in configuring SecOps modules, and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation process. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring the reliability and performance of implemented solutions. Your role will also involve creating detailed technical documentation and sharing best practices with team members to foster continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with EY's Cyber, ServiceNow and client teams to understand and capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for ServiceNow configuration.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client's existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Leverage tools, templates and enablers to plan for and initiate SecOps implementation efforts.
  • Capture the right details needed to enable SecOps capabilities such as security incident, vulnerability lifecycle processes definition, and integrations needed to develop a reliable CMDB.
  • Assist in the design of the end-to-end solution architecture of configuring SecOps solutions such as Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence and related modules.
  • Work with EY's Global Delivery Services team located offshore and guide them to configure SecOps modules effectively to optimize security operations workflows and related processes.
  • Provide guidance to clients and offshore development teams on the deployment of MID servers.
  • Assist with defining data management strategies, including data import/export, transformation, and cleansing, to maintain data integrity and consistency within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Assist in designing custom solutions and integrations as necessary to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with the Architect and lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to leading practices and standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of implemented solutions.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with client and help them prioritize defects.
  • Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, configuration guides, and release notes.
  • Direct and develop the creation of training material for training end users on how to utilize ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
  • Provide comprehensive training to clients on the usage and administration of ServiceNow platform.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience designing and implementing ServiceNow SecOps solutions for large enterprise clients is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of recent experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, IRM, SecOps and other IT related capabilities.
  • Prior experience working in the field of cybersecurity including having a CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations, functional and technical roadmaps as well as present ideas and proposals to all levels of management and technical expertise.
  • Experience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture.
  • Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team.
  • Experience or certification in SAFe or other industry proven architecture frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python a plus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response, Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.
