The ServiceNow Security Operations Analyst - Senior role at EY involves leading a team to implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions, particularly in the area of Security Operations (SecOps). The role requires collaboration with various teams to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and configure ServiceNow modules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SecOps solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Cyber, ServiceNow, and client teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Conduct analysis of clients' existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing end-to-end solution architecture for SecOps modules such as Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• Guide offshore teams in configuring SecOps modules and integrations with third-party systems.
• Define data management strategies to maintain data integrity within the ServiceNow platform.
• Import and normalize data into the ServiceNow CMDB.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow Security Operations, including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
• Technical expertise in configuring ServiceNow solutions and modules.
• Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity systems such as Qualys, Splunk, and Tanium.
