About the position

The internship program at ServiceNow offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various business functions while contributing to impactful projects. Interns will support senior program managers in delivering critical IT initiatives, engage in creative problem-solving, and develop skills in project management and analytics. This 12-week summer internship is designed to foster professional growth through workshops, speaker series, and mentorship, all within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior program managers across the entire project lifecycle to deliver on critical programs for ServiceNow IT initiatives.
• Work with various project and product teams to propose creative solutions in predictive analytics and task automation.
• Keep all stakeholders aligned by preparing and communicating project status reports after analyzing risks, issues, schedule, and cost variance of the program.
• Prepare project performance analytics by reviewing system-generated dashboards and publishing key messages backed with data points.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to and willingness to work cross-functionally with other internal teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good understanding and visualization of how to map a requirement or a process using simple tools and techniques.

• Demonstrated relevant experience from previous internships and/or academic or personal projects.
