Candidates may be based anywhere in Canada. Role and Accountabilities: This opportunity will suit a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance including ServiceNow Audit Management) in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements, and to develop a roadmap for their implementation in ServiceNow. Participating in the development of GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation. Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and tools used for GRC. Creating and customizing ServiceNow workflows and modules to support GRC processes and requirements. Configuring and customizing third party risk assessment and audit management. Providing guidance and training to other teams and stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC. Staying current with industry trends and best practices in GRC and adapting the ServiceNow implementation as needed. Participating in the development and maintenance of audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements. Supporting the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents and incidents. Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that GRC requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure and processes. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (Implementation/integration, enhancement and production level design and development support). Must have demonstrated experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow GRC/IRM including Audit Management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analysis or GRC. Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations, such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc. Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management and automation platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
