The Service Design Tools & Infrastructure team plays a crucial role in this mission by providing exceptional service design and innovative technology solutions to enhance our Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO). As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and ITIL, translating user requirements into technical solutions that align with customer expectations. You will lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and drive strategic transformation changes in ITIL solution deployment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow ITSM applications, as well as developing new applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure that the solutions delivered to business units adhere to enterprise architecture and infrastructure standards. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role, as you will need to listen, interpret, strategize, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
