About the position

As a Solutions Architect at GDIT, you will deliver tailored solutions to complex problems, focusing on low code platforms like ServiceNow. Your role will involve leading solutioning efforts, consulting with customers, and contributing to business growth through proposal efforts. You will prioritize the end-user experience while ensuring the use of cutting-edge technology to create impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning efforts for low code platforms, primarily ServiceNow.
  • Consult with customers to provide high impact, cost-effective low code solutions.
  • Work with the strategy team to create future technology solutions.
  • Support the entire capture process including planning efforts and writing proposal materials.
  • Stay current on industry trends to maximize customer ROI.
  • Lead software development teams in high-complexity agile environments.
  • Mature internal operations dashboarding, management, and automation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS and 20+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM automations and integrations.
  • 1+ years of experience leading software development efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and grow a business.
  • Masterful written and oral communication skills.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications or ability to obtain in the first year.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting the Public Sector (Fed/Civ, Defense, State/Local, and/or Intel sectors).
  • 5+ years of experience writing technical proposals.
  • Hands-on technical experience and certifications in platforms like Salesforce, Appian, and Pega.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
