This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in business systems design and a strong background in the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of experience providing analysis and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow platform.

Nice-to-haves

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities.
• Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value).
