About the position

The ServiceNow Virtual Assistant Analyst role is focused on configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow Virtual Assistant, utilizing the ServiceNow flow designer, and leveraging platform analytics. This position requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise service management, along with expertise in AI search and natural language understanding (NLU).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Virtual Assistant.
• Utilize ServiceNow flow designer for process automation.
• Generate reports using ServiceNow Platform Analytics and other data sources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with various plugins and systems.
• Support IT infrastructure and enterprise service management initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in virtual assistant configuration and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow flow designer.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Platform Analytics and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and plugins.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise service management.
• Familiarity with AI search and natural language understanding (NLU).
