About the position

The Service Operations Analyst at Cleveland Brothers plays a crucial role in supporting service operations by collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. This position involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining effective communication with service coordinators and managers to ensure service needs are met and policies are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
• Reviews, analyzes, and prepares reports with the Assistant Service Operations Manager to obtain data required for planning activities.
• Communicates with departments and maintains effective working relationships to identify service needs.
• Administers service policy and assists in making needed changes or creating new policies.
• Maintains sell rates, monthly work orders, and standard processes for all service divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of Caterpillar dealer service experience.
• Expert typing and computer skills.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert ability to build, track and modify utilization reports.
• Expert ability with DBSi and DSI.
• Demonstrate ability to learn and master various software systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in supporting outside vendors on new system implementation and process changes.
• Ability to train new users on ERP Systems and new policies.
