Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and distribute work orders to service crews based on customer requests.
• Document information from multiple sources with a focus on customer service.
• Research complaints and recommend resolutions to issues.
• Translate oral information from clients into work order software accurately.
• Identify, organize, plan, and prioritize maintenance and repair requirements.
• Relay work orders, messages, and information to others via various communication methods.
• Create, coordinate, and track service orders to ensure timely completion.
• Audit and maintain documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Represent PRIDE Industries to customers and the public.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Schedule maintenance services as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as required.

Requirements

• Computer literacy including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and service order applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and management.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and customers.
• Follow organized procedures to provide services and identify solutions to problems.
• Attention to accuracy and detail in compiling, coding, and verifying information.
• Ability to manage and track resources and time, adapting to changing priorities.
