The position also emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement, as the Service Partner will be expected to identify opportunities for process enhancements based on client feedback. Additionally, the role requires advanced skills in various systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. The Service Partner will also take on a mentorship role, guiding less experienced colleagues and sharing knowledge to foster a collaborative work environment. Documentation of all client interactions is crucial, as this information will be used to refine and improve service delivery. Overall, this position is integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within Paychex.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
