About the position

The Service Partner - PEO Payroll position at Paychex involves providing exceptional customer service for a variety of Paychex products. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining strong customer relations, ensuring that client claims and complaints are resolved effectively and in accordance with company policies. The Service Partner will be responsible for educating clients about the products and services offered by Paychex, using their in-depth knowledge of at least one product to solve complex problems and improve service delivery based on client feedback. This position is designed for individuals who can work under minimal guidance and direction, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness in their approach to customer service. In this role, the Service Partner will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal partners, identifying opportunities to enhance the client service experience. They will maintain an advanced working knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry policies, which is essential for identifying and implementing process improvements. The Service Partner will also be expected to demonstrate advanced skills with various systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. Additionally, this position includes mentoring less experienced teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment. Documentation of all client interactions is a critical aspect of this role, as it allows the Service Partner to use this information to continuously improve service quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions, ensuring that they can effectively address client needs and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
