The Service Partner - PEO Payroll position at Paychex involves providing exceptional customer service for a variety of Paychex products. The Service Partner will also be expected to demonstrate advanced skills with various systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. Additionally, this position includes mentoring less experienced teammates, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment. Documentation of all client interactions is a critical aspect of this role, as it allows the Service Partner to use this information to continuously improve service quality.
