About the position

The Service & Parts Area Manager position serves as a vital liaison between dealerships in the New Orleans market, the Central Business Center, and Stellantis Corporate Headquarters. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focused on Service and Parts Marketing. The manager will oversee retail service advertising, promotion, and display, as well as retail and wholesale parts and accessory advertising, promotion, and display. A significant aspect of this position is enhancing dealership processes to improve customer retention and advocacy. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for training dealership personnel on Mopar products and initiatives, ensuring that all staff are well-equipped to provide exceptional service to customers. The overarching goal of these activities is to assist dealerships in improving customer experience, increasing sales, enhancing customer retention, conducting warranty analysis, and streamlining claims processing. The Service & Parts Area Manager will be expected to review and analyze dealer performance metrics, including advertising effectiveness, staffing levels, financial statements, and survey scores. This analysis will inform consultations with dealers aimed at maximizing their overall service and parts operations. A key component of success in this role is the ability to motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to achieve high levels of performance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the dealerships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service and parts management within the automotive industry.
