About the position
The Service Porter/Valet position at Parks Lincoln of Tampa is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional guest relations within the service department. As the first point of contact for service guests, the Service Porter/Valet is responsible for greeting clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring a positive experience that exceeds client expectations. This role involves both customer service and physical tasks, including vehicle management and client shuttling.
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients upon pulling onto the service drive.
- Pull clients' vehicles on and off the service drive.
- Ensure all clients' vehicles are cleaned upon return.
- Maintain minor facility cleanliness.
- Perform shuttling of clients to and from their homes and places of business.
- Assist the service team to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- A clean and valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
- Must present themselves in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
- Must be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Professional appearance is necessary.
